P-Test

The P-Test analyses 10 important personality traits of the job applicant, including stability, reliability, sence of responsibility and level of communication. Each trait is an underlying influence on the applicants general behavior, effectiveness on the job, and inter-personal relations with his/her superiors, juniors, collegues and customers. The test results delineate which traits are decidedly strong, and which are weak, thus making possible an evaluation of capabilities, tendancies and potential problems.

Of all test offered, this test is the most important when it comes to personnel decisions, and should be done in any case, whether other tests are done or not.
