Introduction:
The personality of an individual has a decided effect apon his or her behavior, effectiveness and response to customers, seniors, colleagues and juniors. One's personality either supports or hinders ones capabilities, knowledge and talents on the job, as well as one's inter-personal relationships.

Trait D has an influence on reliability and certainty, and therefore deserves special attention. Traits A, B and C have an influence on ones ability to set goals, overcome barriers and the ability to bring order to and stabilize one's environment. Traits E, F and G have an influence on one's ability to tackle projects, keep them going and be responsible for the results. Traits H, I and J have an influence on the quality of inter-personal relations. They determine tolerance, the willingness to really communicate and thereby the ability to work in a team and to respond to the needs and requirements of others.

The most important characteristics of the person (TO NOTE) can be seen by evaluating the interplay of two or more traits. By comparing traits, conclusions regarding behavior and ability can be drawn. For example, a critical person (H-), who is also selfconfident (F+) and has a high stability (A+) will result in an unpleasant "perfectionist". Added to this a deficiency in appreciation (I-) and lacking responsibility (G-), one would have a person who is a definite liability to the environment.
