F-Test
The F-Test is a supplement to the Personality Test, to determine if the applicant
has the qualities required by a leadership position.
A good executive is successfull because he more often than not recognizes the
correct causes of problems and makes spot-on decisions. An executive must be
effective while maintaining good relations with his personnel.
Only by combining these qualities, together with sufficient
knowledge of the area being addressed, will the targeted goals be achieved.
