Special Note A good executive can be recognised by his ability to identify the source of problems, and to find sensible and practical solutions, as well as make goal oriented decisions. An executive should be able to carry through plans, despite opposition, while maintaining good relations with other employees. An executive must have a healthy measure of optimisum, and must not allow failures to pull him off of his goals. Only once these abilities are united, and combined with sufficient technical understanding, will objectives be achieved and goals reached. Analysis The testee meets the requirements of an executive position. Owing to a slightly higher potential, the testee's actual executive abilities can be even more developed. The testee is usually able to identify the cause and reason for problems and difficulties, and is thereby able to find practical solutions. End of analysis |
