2. The indicated fees and quantity discounts apply.

3. With the tests, no obligatory predicates about later work or behaviour of the testpersons are made. The analyses serve as a basis for further observations by the orderer.

4. The test evaluations are always executed anonymously, thus completely guaranteeing the protection of personal data.

5. For any controversy, the place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
