M-Test

This test determines to what degree a person is able to exactly receive and apply information and instructions, or if the testee tends to make mistakes or is indeed accident prone. Employees who work with complicated or high tech machines, or dangerous equipment and materials, or who have responsibility for large zones of activity, need to be able to get good results on this test.

Special Note:
The M-Test cannot be done on-line due to the peculiar nature of that which is being tested. The testee must answer the M-Test hard copy in his own hand writing.

• Give the testee a testform and have him fill it in.
• A room must be provided where the test can be done without being disturbed.
  
• The testee must be informed that the test is to be answered without any additional information being provided, and that the test will be timed from the moment the test is started, to the point where he indicates he is finished.
  
• The time is exactly noted in minutes and seconds.
