Special Note A good executive can be recognised by his ability to identify the source of problems, and to find sensible and practical solutions, as well as make goal oriented decisions. An executive should be able to carry through plans, despite opposition, while maintaining good relations with other employees. An executive must have a healthy measure of optimisum, and must not allow failures to pull him off of his goals. Only once these abilities are united, and combined with sufficient technical understanding, will objectives be achieved and goals reached. Analysis Neither the current actual executive abilities, nor the current potentual abilities have made the border line of 65%. Assignment of the testee to an executive position can not be recommended. End of analysis |
