The analysis shows, how efficient and well organized the person does his job and how well he or she uses time, energy and resources to accomplish his or her work.



Analysis B

Time: The person plans out and used the available time well. Therefore there is usually enough free time to get involved in new ideas and future projects. Much is accomplished in little time through the use of efficient work methods. There is very little stress or hectic activity.

Energy: The test person has energy and the urge to be active and is hard to stop. An energetic approach to life makes it possible to overcome large barriers and problems most of the time. As a rule the person can complete a task by concentrating and working persistently without getting exhausted.

Motivation: The person is convinced of the goals and the value of the activities involved and contributes actively to current events. There is interest in others and the person can be persuaded to become involved in those activities. The person rarely gets discouraged, sets goals and pursues them with vigor.

Organization: The test person has organizational talents and a sense of order. A stabilizing influence for others is achieved by well planned activities. Existing resources (personnel and materials) are usually sensibly utilized and waste happens only rarely. Prediction of future events is possible to a degree and so unpredicted problems rarely present themselves.

Flexibility: The person adjusts well to new situations and challenges and can handle them. The ability to make decisions, to observe and take resolute actions make this person a good executive. Since problems are approached without hesitation and rarely avoided and needed decisions are made immediately most of the time, the person can be relied upon even in difficult situations.

Effectiveness: The test person handles a relatively large work load. Performance and production satisfy even high demands. High performance, often above expected standards, guarantee job security. Morale is good.
