Efficiency: The quality of being able to do a task successfully and without wasting time or energy. The analysis shows, how efficient and well organized the person does his job and how well he or she uses time, energy and resources to accomplish his or her work. Analysis F Time: The workday of the test person rarely ever goes as planned. Since there is never enough time, attention is rarely directed towards new ideas or future projects. Ineffective work methods cause slowness and so stress and hectic activity are a constant companion. Energy: At times the person has difficulties being active. Energy and the will to be active are available in limited quantities. The approach to handling things is either very sporadic or very timid. Therefore large barriers can only be overcome with great effort and difficulty. It is very hard to concentrate on just one task at a time and to (delete word) bring it to completion. There is a tendency to tire easily. Motivation: Things easily go above the person’s ability to handle them. This tends to bring about a defensive attitude. There is little pursuit of own interests and great difficulty in getting others involved in them. The person is easily discouraged and gives up quickly. The person is not aware of the value of the activities involved or the goals and keeps losing sight of them. Organization: It is difficult for the person to keep order. Actions are sporadic and aren't based on any system. This results in confusion for others. Existing resources (people and materials) are not utilized sensibly and this causes quite a bit of waste. There is a strong concentration on daily problems and most activity is a reaction to them. Unpredicted occurrences often cause great surprise. Flexibility: Adjusting to and handling new situations is very difficult. Making decisions, observing and resolute action are not a strong point. Procrastination in handling problems and making decisions cause this person to be undependable. Effectiveness: It's hard for the person to handle the daily workload. Performance and production don’t measure up to the demand. The person's job is in jeopardy, since most of the time less is produced as expected. Morale is low. End of analysis |
